The industrial process is the incoming embossing and cutting molding; unwinding material, three layers of non-woven fabric, and one layer of velvet cloth; knurling and cutting for one-time forming. Computer PLC programming control, high stability, low failure rate and low noise. It adopts Taiwan imported servo motor and stepper motor drive with high precision.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENT
1. Temperature:15～35˚C
2. No dust (cleanling degree is not less than 100,000)
3. Humidity: 40～80%HR. There is no condensation and a dehumidifier should be installed.
4. No equipment space is required, ensure that there is no smoke and dust, and to avoid working environments with serious dust such as metal polishing and grinding; some environments should be equipped with anti-static floors and strengthen shielding.
